Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, earrings may not be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are faulty or damaged.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Sale items, earrings, and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
